Goal

MailerLite had evolved from a single product into a growing ecosystem of tools, making authentication and account management a critical part of the customer experience. As adoption increased, friction across sign-up, login, account switching, and identity management began creating support overhead and impacting activation. This initiative focused on simplifying authentication journeys, reducing user friction, and creating a scalable identity foundation across the MailerLite ecosystem.
